General Synopsis of the Investment Offer:
Four shares will be issued
Share value will be $160,000 per share and held against the title of the property
Investors will gain rights to 50% of the profit of this project
Investor has the opportunity to purchase 1/4 share at market value less profit share
Investors are offered 1% interest per annum which will form part of the 50% earned at closing of the project
Closing would be once all 1/4 shares have been sold on the market or purchased by investor(s)
